Who We Are

The TecSA S.r.l. has thirty years of experience in the field of braking system testing laboratories.

Our activities include the manufacture of new machinery and the revamping / updating of existing test benches.

Over the years, TecSA products have undergone continuous evolution and updating (PCs, latest generation electronic and mechatronic solutions), to increase performance, along with ease of use and high production yeld.

The automation level allows our machines to work in safely conditions even in the absence of the operators. The tests can therefore also be performed the night or during the weekends.
Several machines have been supplied for quality control and product development. The main ones are:

dynamometers for the traditional and racing automotive sectors

dynamometers for the light commercial vehicle sector

dynamometers for the truck and railway sector

FQT (Friction Quality Test) for quality control and aftermarket development

SST (Shear Strength Test) for detachment of friction material form the backplate

Alternate torque

Thanks to the close relationship established with its customers, TecSA has developed procedures that meet both international standards (including homologation) and research needs, with high flexibility and the possibility of customizing tests.

Ethics in entrepreneurial activity is an approach of substantial importance for the proper functioning and credibility of a company towards its shareholders, customers and suppliers and, more generally, towards the entire economic context in which it works. TecSA S.r.l. intends to lay the foundation of its work on the knowledge and appreciation of the ethical values that animate it extensively, since its establishment.
The Board of Directors of TecSA S.r.l. has therefore decided to adopt “Model 231“, which aims to translate into a document the principles of correctness, loyalty, integrity and transparency of conduct, of the way it operates and of the conduct of relations both at own internal that towards the third subjects, already always incardinated in the business action.
