Mechanical Designer
Skills and Competencies:
- Realization of a study from Customers’ inputs;
- Realization of specific components, choice of dimensional and geometric tolerances;
- Basic knowledge of materials, manufacturing and surface treatments;
- Drawing up of construction details.
Main Tasks:
- Designing of brake dynamometers and of bake testing stands;
- Main task: mechanical designing;
- Designing of cabins;
- Designing of accessory items;
- Installation layout (dimensions of premises, ducts, cables, etc.);
- Redering for user manuals and advertisements.
Maintenance-Assistance Technical Expert
Skills and Competencies:
- Experience in automation;
- Knowledge of electronic components (sensors, data acquisition), electromechanical components (contactors, relays, etc.), PLC (diagnostics);
- Motors (alternate and continuous current), drives;
- Knowledge of English language;
- Availability for business trips abroad.
Main Tasks:
- Training in using TecSA’s machines, brake dynamometers and brake testing rigs;
- Remote assistance: analysis of Customer’s requests, identification of area of competency, remote resolution of issues;
- Technical assistance at Customer’s premises: electromechanics, mechanical elements, pneumatic elements.
