la <strong>2019 China Brake Annual Conference <\/strong>il personale TecSA ha presentato i pi\u00f9 recenti sviluppi tecnologici riguardo gli impianti prova freni.<\/p><p>Il nuovo motore AC vector speed supera le limitazioni dei macchinari tradizionali, le cui specifiche tecniche risalgono agli anni \u201970.<br \/>I motori AC tradizionali, infatti, permettono unicamente l\u2019esecuzione di test di conformit\u00e0 alla produzione (COP) per pastiglie a velocit\u00e0 costante di 660 rpm, per rispettare la normativa europea ECE-R90 Annex 9 e le normative cinesi GB\/T 34007-2017 e GB5763-2018.<\/p><p>Le nuove <strong>macchine di controllo qualit\u00e0<\/strong> presentano la possibilit\u00e0 di <strong>eseguire un pi\u00f9 ampio range di prove con un singolo impianto<\/strong>:<\/p><ul><li><u>Drag test a 660 rpm<\/u>, per pastiglie in scala reale (motocicli, go-kart e auto passeggeri) e pastiglie in scala ridotta (veicoli commerciali leggeri e pesanti);<\/li><li><u>Test dinamometrici<\/u> (prove performance, a partire dalla prova AK Master secondo gli standard SAE J2522 e ISO 26867), grazie all\u2019opzione velocit\u00e0 variabile e alla simulazione di inerzia tramite software. In questo modo la FQT \u00e8 in grado di testare un vasto range di impianti frenanti, dalle biciclette alle auto di media cilindrata.<\/li><li><u>Rodaggi di impianti frenanti<\/u>.<\/li><\/ul><p>La linea di prodotti TecSA include due modelli di FQT:<\/p><ul><li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.tecsa-srl.it\/friction-quality-test-1200\/\"><strong>FQT 1200<\/strong><\/a>: velocit\u00e0 massima 1500 rpm, 2000 rpm, campo di inerzia 1-60 kgm\u00b2, massimo momento frenante 2000 Nm.<\/li><\/ul><p>Le FQT vengono fornite del <u>software TecSA<\/u>, che \u00e8 completamente aperto e di facile utilizzo, con
