TecSA S.r.l. boasts thirty years of experience in braking system testing laboratories.
\nOur activities include the manufacturing of new machinery and the overhaul\/upgrade of existing machinery.<\/p>\n

Over the years, TecSA products have undergone continuous evolution and upgrades (with state-of-the-art PCs, electronic solutions, and mechatronic components) to increase performance, ease of use, and production efficiency.<\/p>\n

The level of automation allows our machinery to operate safely, even in the absence of operators. Tests can therefore be performed even at night or on weekends.<\/p>\n

The company’s rapid response to customer requests and its highly flexible and adaptable organizational structure have been its strengths, allowing it to expand its market share year after year, both through the acquisition of new customers and by consolidating and increasing orders from existing customers. In recent years, the target market has seen significant growth, allowing TecSA S.r.l. to consolidate its market position and look to the future with optimism.<\/p>\n

The company’s management, aware of the company’s current potential, believes it must pursue the following objectives and strategies to maximize its potential:<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Expand its foreign market presence to better address any downsizing of orders in the domestic market, which is gradually approaching saturation;<\/li>\n
  2. Expand its range of test benches to ensure it can always provide turnkey products and services to customers, without having to rely on external, competitive suppliers;<\/li>\n
  3. Leverage a reliable supplier base, establishing a collaborative relationship;<\/li>\n
  4. Diversify strategic suppliers to overcome any difficulties they may face in meeting delivery deadlines;<\/li>\n
  5. Understand and meet the needs of stakeholders, including employees;<\/li>\n
  6. Meet customer needs by ensuring an adequate level of product compliance and improving communication with customers to better understand their needs and then work to meet them;<\/li>\n
  7. Provide customers with an adequate level of technical assistance when needed, to strengthen the partnership;<\/li>\n
  8. Ensure compliance with mandatory requirements, with particular attention to workplace safety and hygiene, with the goal of reducing the number of accidents and near-misses to zero.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    To achieve the ambitious objectives mentioned above, the Management is fully aware of the need to implement significant investments in both material and human resources, which can be summarized as follows:<\/p>\n

    1. Maintaining and improving the Quality Management System implemented in accordance with the current edition of UNI EN ISO 9001, continuously improving it based on internal and stakeholder needs;<\/li>\n
    2. Constantly seeking innovative design solutions to enhance the technological level of the test benches manufactured, including through close collaboration with professional suppliers in the sector;<\/li>\n
    3. Implementing appropriate tools to periodically evaluate the quality of the service and product provided by TecSA S.r.l. and perceived by its customers;<\/li>\n
    4. Over time, enhance the professionalism of both technical staff and those supporting other company processes, ensuring adequate and comprehensive training and education;<\/li>\n
    5. Begin a process of standardizing its products, starting with the most popular benches, in order to offer them to the international market, reducing any after-sales support costs;<\/li>\n
    6. Collaborate with universities to ensure constant technological updates for its test benches;<\/li>\n
    7. Collaborate with standards bodies in developing test procedures to optimize bench production.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
